Deleted items not removed from library even after a clean

So I have deleted some items from my library and then ran the "Clean up library"After this the shows still show up in the video library until I try to to open one. Nothing shows up when I first open it then when I go back to the list of TV shows all of the deleted shows are gone. If I exit the menu and then return they are back again.Is there some cache that I need to delete or reset? https://www.minimilitia.mobi/ https://www.applock.ooo/ https://www.7zip.vip/
