Do you have one folder with extrafanarts for each movie? It´s will cycle the image in the movies library, when you are seen the movie items.

movies\extrafanarts or your have in the root fanart1.jpg fanart2.jpg fanart3.jpg

To rotate fanarts at the main menu you need to use the artwork organizer, and active the option in the customize the main menu

if you have the items scraped, you need to have the artwork organizer addon installed, now go to customize the main menu, and activate the option to use collection fanart as background images.
